Day 3: Handling customers orders

 I was given more responsibility, handling full meal sets, including Chickenjoy with rice and drinks. I focused on working faster while making sure every order was complete. Mistakes happened, but my team helped me correct them quickly.  I also learned how to handle customer complaints politely and how Jollibee ensures customer satisfaction. Watching the staff interact with customers taught me the importance of patience and a friendly attitude.

I learned how to check the receipt, match orders correctly, and communicate with kitchen staff for missing items.  I also started assisting at the counter by greeting customers and observing how cashiers take orders. I also observed how crew members handle payments and give correct change.

Day 8: Enjoying My Tasks!

 I was now more comfortable and confident in my role. During dinner rush, I managed to assemble orders quickly without errors. I also learned to stay calm under pressure and assist my teammates when needed.   I experienced working during peak hours, which tested my speed and ability to stay calm under pressure. I assisted in multiple areas, including order taking, cleaning tables, and helping in the kitchen. I saw how teamwork is crucial in handling a large number of customers.
